About Plum Floral

Drawing inspiration from her love of life and nature, Shannon Leigh Lyle, owner of Plum Floral, creates unique, fresh floral designs that exceed the expectations of her clients. With Plum as her creative footprint, Shannon works her design magic, striving always to achieve authentic, natural, non-traditional arrangements.

Plum, arrived at 22 East Center with it's own personal story. What started as "Sego", in another downtown location has now arrived, bringing with it a heritage of love, caring and it's mantra to "always be a happy place."

Shannon joined Andi Saxton, at the original Sego shop, to collaborate in event planning and floral design. Shannon's mom and Andi were diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time. While neither Andi nor Shannon's mom survived, Shannon feels their presence every day and is inspired by their memory and their desire for her to carry on the legacy of the flower shop.

About Kulor

"Educate yourself, work hard, take pride in your work and yourself and execute with intent" is the mantra of Linzie Sorensen, owner of Kulor Hair Salon, a main floor tenant at 22 East Center. Linzie has been: educated by the best, a guest artist in a NY salon, a mentor to her colleagues.

Kulor is designed with the intent of providing a warm, welcoming space where clients feel valued and at home. Inspired by color, shape and beauty, Linzie and her staff spread their own special joy to clients. Relying on expertise, experience and education, Kulor then sends their patrons out the door with the knowledge they have provided a complete salon experience.

Linzie has been thriving and growing in the cosmetology field for over 15 years. Now, with the loving support of Brett and her family, Linzie has achieved the point in her career where she is today - the owner of Kulor Salon. Here, in this high-end, beautiful repurposed space, she can not only provide service to her clients, but she can mentor other young stylists in the best setting possible.
